Hospitality: In the old barns we have derived 5 large rooms, of which two for disabled people, all with two beds (plus sofa bed) with private bathroom, and two mini-flat with two rooms each (one with a king size bed and one with two beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, corner kitchen and TV. There is the possibility of using the kitchen of the farm. Large living room with satellite-TV, covered arcade, pergola, garden with temperate swimming-pool and with a whirlpool corner, garden of aromatic herbs, bowls ground. |

ALBICOCCA (APRICOT) - ROOM Very close to the entrance of the portico and of the main lonuges, this wide room is situated at the ground level and has direct access from the outside court. Very bright, it has a window on court side, under the new grapes pergola and facing the roses bed, and one window on morning side. It is furnished with two beds (separate or to be combined in a king size bed) and with a sofa to be transformed in an additional single bed. CILIEGIA (CHERRY) - ROOM At the ground level, with direct access from outside, in a central position, facing roses bed and swimmingpool, it is a wide room with two separate beds and a sofa to be transformed into a third bed. One window turns to south, on the court's side, in fornt of the pool, whilst the second one turns to morning side. The wide spaces allow the accommodation of handicapped people. Also the bathroom, with a window, has been studied for helping people moving with difficulties. The wide shower is at the floor level, without any step. It is equipped with hair-dryer. FRAGOLA (STRAWBERRY) - ROOM With direct access from outside, under the new grapes pergola, facing the roses bed, this room situated at the ground level is furnished with two beds (separate or to be combined in a king size bed) and with a sofa to be transformed in an additional single bed. MELA (APPLE) - ROOM Situated at the first floor, this room has a big window arch shaped, turning to noon, just in front of the swimmingpoll area and kiwi's orchard. It is furnished with two beds (separate or to be combined in a king size bed) and with a sofa to be transformed in an additional single bed. The private bathroom is provided with shower and hair-dryer. NESPOLA (MEDLAR) - APARTMENT Situated at the first floor, this miniapartment is provided with a wide living room with a table for 6 people, armchair, sofa to be transformed into a double bed, old sideboard, kitchen corner (washbasin, two electric hotplates, microwave oven and refrigerator) and colour TV. The big window arch shaped, turning to south, looks on kiwi's orchard and swimmingpool's area. An other window, turning to morning, gives more light to the room and gaze, far away, on Euganei hills and on Lessini mountains. PERA (PEAR) - ROOM Situated on second floor, it is characterized from the high wooden ceiling. The window, turning to noon, gapes on kiwi's orchard with the swimmigpool, on the parc with the old magnolia trees to sunset and on the Farm's lands rather beyond the stables. It is furnished with two beds (separate or to be combined in a king size bed) and with a sofa to be transformed in an additional single bed. PESCA (PEACH) - APARTMENT Situated on second floor, this miniapartment is characterized from the high wooden ceiling. It is provided with a wide living room with a table for 6 people, armchair, sofa to be transformed into a double bed, old sideboard, kitchen corner (washbasin, two electric hotplates, microwave oven and refrigerator) and colour TV. One window, turning to south, dominates the kiwi's orchard and swimmingpool's area. Services and Activities: Lounges and equipments for
meetings. Our establishment has plenty of space for guests both indoors and out, and is perfect for holding business meetings or seminars in residence. Though we really have space for many more, we prefer to set a limit of about twenty people staying overnight and a maximum of about forty participants. |

Let us talk about the Swimming Pool. It is 7,5 meters wide and 15 meters long and it is one meter and 30 centimeters deep. It is tempered (slightly heatened) and has got a Jacuzzi corner. At your disposal some bicycles, also for kids. Many country small routes are paved, therefore bike riding is easy and relaxing (all on flat ground!). Under the portico there is a Table tennis. In the lounges the playing cards table, the childrens corner with a lot of toys, the reading corner with books and tourist leaflets and the TV with satellite antenna are at your disposal. Between the kiwi we have realised a regular bowls ground. And a nice run around the Farm's perimeter will give you energies for the day. NEWS - NEWS - NEWS - NEWS - NEWS From June until September, every thursday evening you are invited to join to a spectacular soirée of "Typical Cooking Lesson" held by Chef Lorella Cappellato, a full experience of Northern Italy's food and life. In the village of Spinimbecco (1 km far away from the Farmhouse) there is a tennis ground, where you can play free of charge just upon booking and with respect to the rules for its use, but others are in Villa Bartolomea and in Legnago. We are thinking to a small "horses and riding structure" for riding promenades: the embankments of the river Adige, kilometers and kilometers of grass routes, are ideal for long ride runnings. And anyway, it is very nice to walk, bike or run along them. During the summer season, in the public gymnasium of Villa Bartolomea gymnastic courses are organised. |

The products of our land and of our hands. Our most known product are Le mele della Pila (La Pila's Apples). The oldest variety is Golden Delicious, yellow apples, sweet and juicy, to be harvested in the second half of September and lasting, if well kept, until the beginning of the spring. More recent varieties are: Ozark Gold, yellow apples with an orange shade, very sweet, early ripening mid August; Hy Early, red apples, crunchy and juicy, with the characteristic sour taste, ripening at the beginning of September; beautiful Red Chief, red apples, with the typical lenghtened shape, superjuicy and supercrunchy, every bite a drop of dew! You may find them well ripened in the first half of September. But also Le pere della Pila (La Pila's Pears) are similarly good. We have a large production of Abate, the classic pears with the lenghtened shape, of a beautiful golden colour, ripening early in September. Mid August we harvest the Conference, slightly smaller than Abate, but with the same long shap and more easy to be kept. Even longer lasting the Kaiser, rounded and with a rusty colour, very good also when cooked. In the Court of the Estate we have a Garden-Orchard with many varieties of fruits, suche as Other friuts, for the moment, we only have nd . We are planting new varieties, apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines, nashi and others, but we do not have to forget the kiwis around the big swimming pool. They ripen in different periods, for the fresh consumption or for our savoured jams. We have some hives and we sell honey, always available for the breakfasts in the Farmhouse. During the season we have fresh products from the vegetable garden: there is a little of everything, from salads to tomatoes, from courgettes to string beans, from peppers to eggplants, from onions to various aromathic herbs. Some thing we are starting to keep for the winter, from tomato sauce to mix vegetables, but the production is still limited. We builded up new henhouses to let hens and chickens scratching about in larger spaces. The eggs for breakfast are never missing. The winter handy crafts are many: embroideries, soaps, house tools. We will show them to you and no problems to tell you how we make them. |

Prices 2008 - 2009:
The
price of a room (Albicocca, Ciliegia, Fragola, Mela
or Pera - Apricot, Cherry, Strawberry, Apple or Pear)
for bed & breakfast is 40,00 per person per
night. In
case of request for single occupancy there is an
extra charge of 15,00 per night. Children
up to 10 years old, if they sleep in a room with a
parent, they enjoy a 50% discount, those up to 3
years old are free accommodated. Reduction
of 15 per night for boys or adults sleeping in
the third bed of a room. The
standard mini-apartment rate (Nespola or Pesca -
Medlar or Peach) is 140,00 per night, apart from
the number of the guests (maximum five), plus a
contribution for the final cleaning and tidying up
as hereunder indicated. Breakfast (self serve) is
NOT included, but it may be arranged the previous
evening (5,00 per person). The
deluxe apartments rate changes from 110,00 per
night for Rose apartment (maximum three guests) to
150,00 per night for Lavender apartment (maximum
four guests), plus a contribution for the final
cleaning and tidying up as hereunder indicated.
Breakfast (self serve) is NOT included, but it may
be arranged the previous evening (5,00 per
person). As
a rule, we ask for a two nights minimum stay. If
availability permits, and in compliance with our
possibilities of reception at the moment, at the
last minute we accept guests for one night stay. For
bookings made more than two months in advance, we
ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights, more than four
months in advance, a minimum stay of 5 nights, more
than six months in advance, a minimum stay of 7
nights. 10%
discount for stays of minimum 3 nights, and 15%
discount for stays of minimum 8 nights. We also offer discounts (10% - cannot be accumulated) to Touring Club Italia and Agriturist Membership. |

Daily
maid service of the lodgings, bedrooms (Albicocca,
Ciliegia, Fragola, Mela or Pera) or apartments (Nespola,
Pesca, Rosa o Lavanda), is made between 9.00 and 12.00 AM
(except holidays) and is included in the above indicated
rates. For
the apartments (Nespola,Pesca, Rosa and Lavanda) tidying
and cleaning of kitchen-corner and dishes are never
included, being at guest's charge. At the departure the
final cleaning and tidying up of the apartment is anyway
debited at an extra charge of 10,00 per person,
included children and eventual guests of the annexed
room/s, with a minimum fixed amount of 40,00 . Any
tidying and cleaning of kitchen-corner and dishes will
also be debited. As
a rule, linens and towels are changed every three or four
days, in line with scheduled arrival dates and lenght of
stay. On request they may be changed more often, with
separate charge per person depending on the requested
service. We
point you out that we have our own restaurant service and
also a licence to serve small sweet or savoury snacks:
price list at the ground floor. Included
in the price is the use of lounges and common spaces,
inside and outside, from the TV to the swimming-pool, and
of the available equipments, from bicycles to the tennis
ground (1 km far). In
our Farmhouse pets are welcome. We do not have any
particular space or structure or service for them. We
accept only pets of small and medium size, only in the
ground floor rooms, Albicocca, Ciliegia or Fragola, or in
the apartment Rosa and Lavanda and no more than one pet
per room/apartment. In no one case pets can be left alone
in the lodgings. For
each day of stay we ask for a contribution of 5,00 per
guest-pet in a room or 10,00 per guest-pet in one
deluxe apartment. A
30% advance deposit will secure your reservation. You
might credit us the amount by Bank swift (commissions at
your charge). If
you prefer, send us the type, numbers and expiring date of
your credit card, full name and security code of the
owner, and we will debit it for this amount (commissions
at our charge). In this case it is better, for your
security, if you send us a fax. We
point you out that for only one overnight stay we ask full
advance payment when booking. Accommodations
are to be paid in full at time of check-in, and may be
paid cash or with any Credit Card Bancomat, Cirrus,
Maestro, CartaSμ, Bankamericard, VISA, Diners,
AmericanExpress (we do not accept bank cheques). At
time of check-in we ask a security deposit of 5,00 per
person (children included) per day to be refunded at time
of check out. Unfortunately,
we cannot accommodate our Guests with safekeeping of
valuables or money deposit: no safe box is available. For
long term stays, we may be able to provide assistance with
temporary deposit of money, values or such in the local
branch of the Bank. Normally
the check-in is between 2,00 PM and 7,00 PM. If you think
to arrive before or later these hours, is necessary to
agree upon a precise time. Guests
are kindly requested to leave their lodging free not later
than 10,00 AM of the departure day. Wed
like to inform our Guests that in all the closed spaces of
the Farmhouse SMOKING is FORBIDDEN. |
