Description: in Gubbio, Umbria, a region known as the "Green Heart of Italy", in ideal starting point for hiking to Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Torgiano, Lago Trasimeno, Grotte di Frasassi. An ideal point from which to discover Umbria and the Marche region, areas full of history, art, nature and spirituality. A very short distance away is Monte Cucco which is a famous launching spot for hanggliders.

Valleverde is a very attractive restored old house, fitted with all the necessities, with a swimming pool. It is located in the centre of a 200 hectare "biologic" farm, in an enchanting umbrian valley close to the Appennines. Running through the land are trekking and mountain-bike routes, as well as hiking paths for long walks in the charming woods which are teeming
with wildlife and where truffles and wild mushrooms are found in the season.





Hospitality: The guests of Valle Verde are looked after by the owners directly, and hosted in refined apartments (some with two bathrooms), free entrance, private garden with antique - style furniture and every modern convenience. With a swimming pool and a children's amusement area, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Baby sitting is available on request at a modest fee. Open all year.

Services and Activities: Valle Verde is situated at 7 Km from Gubbio, a wonderful preserved medieval town and is located in an enchanting umbrian valley close to the Appenines (700 mt. a.s.l.) in the midst of 200 hectars farm VALLE VERDE.

There are trekking routes, mountain bike (circuits: 38 km - 51 km - 73 km - 81 km) paths and footpaths which go through the enchanting woods, full of game and mushrooms. Valle Verde is very close to mount Cucco and mount Calvo, famous for hanggliding and paragliding

PAYMENT
-Deposit: 30% of the aggregate amount to pay at the moment of booking
-Balance: To pay at the arrival before the delivery of apartment
-Caution Money: Two rooms apartment €. 100,00 - Three rooms apartment €. 150,00; it will be given bak the day of depature.
-Guests can go into apartments after 17.00 p.m. and not later than 20.00 p.m. of the day of arrival
-Guests must leave apartments within 10.00 a.m. of the day of departure.
Included : linen - Gas -Electricity - Swimming pool.
Not Included:
Final cleaning:  €. 10,00 per person
Change of linen : €. 5,00 per person
Launtry service: €. 5,00 per person
Heating and hot water will be paid according to the amount consumed (€. 2,00 each hour)


How to reach us:  take the S.S. 298 from Gubbio to scheggia, turn right at Madonna della Cima pass and go straight on for 2 Km.
