Hospitality: Belvedere Badia consists of six apartments:

Furnished down to the smallest detail with wooden furniture and many items in original Umbrian country style, each unit has independent central heating and hot water.

Il Padrone
first floor accommodation of 50 sq m comprising:
- covered loggia, kitchen/living-room with double sofabed and fireplace
- double bedroom
- bathroom with shower (washbasin, toilet, bidet)
- attic room of 12 sq m open to one side to the living-room with double bed and toilet (washbasin, toilet, bidet) for the exclusive use of the room

Il Contadino
first floor accommodation of 54 sq m comprising:
- covered loggia, kitchen/living-room with double sofabed
- double bedroom
- dressing-room and bathroom with shower (washbasin, toilet, bidet)
- attic room open to the living-room on one side with two single beds (can also be used as a place to relax)

La Stalla
ground floor accommodation of 55 sq m comprising:
- kitchen/living-room with double sofabed and traditional fireplace
- double bedroom
- dressing-room and bathroom with shower (washbasin, toilet, bidet)

Il Fienile
ground floor accommodation of 44 sq m comprising:
- kitchen/living-room with double sofabed
- double bedroom
- bathroom with shower (washbasin, toilet, bidet)

La Cantina
ground floor accommodation of 40 sq m comprising:
- kitchen/living-room with double sofabed
- double bedroom
- bathroom with shower (washbasin, toilet, bidet)

On request the "La Stalla" and "Il Fienile" apartments can be joined, providing spacious accommodation for 4+2+2 people, with all the amenities listed above, but with the advantages of using a single dining-table and only one kitchen area.
Our suggestion for optimum use would be:

- possibility of adding a cot or child?s bed to one of the bedrooms

Activities and Services: The swimming pool : (6m x 12m, depth 1.2m to 1.7m)
is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the residence. Changing rooms, hot and cold showers in the below-ground rooms, with solar-heated showers by the pool. Every family is provided with a beach umbrella and two sunloungers to be used in the large solarium next to the pool.

Exclusives equipments for all lodgings:
- bed and bathroom linen (weekly change)
- Dishes and kitchen's accessories for all the hosts of the lodging, it depend by their number
- TV colour 15"
- Heating system (for payment from 01/11 to 31/05)
