Description: The Agriturismo Le Capanne is located only 15 minutes away from Pisa, the International Airport Galileo Galilei and the beautiful and ancient city of Lucca. Its five lovely buildings are surrounded by greenery and flowers. From the Agriturismo is an enchanting view of the plain, with Pisa’s Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower in the centre. The swimming pool offers a fascinating panorama, which goes from Livorno to Pisa and La Spezia, through the Versilia and Torre del Lago Puccini. In the distance lies the sea studded with the isles of the Tuscan Archipelago.

The Agriturismo Le Capanne is indeed in the perfect position to visit the various Tuscan cities of art (like Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena) being close enough to them for a one day excursion. At the same time it’s a secluded place, that allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay, far away from the confusion of the city.

The Versilia Coast with its beautiful beaches it’s within easy reach, too, and in fact Viareggio, Tirrenia, Marina di Pisa and Forte dei Marmi can be reached by car in about 25 minutes.

The mild weather makes the stay enjoyable both during winter, which is never too harsh, and during summer, hot but still pleasant.











Restaurant: In the evening, at the charming restaurant with panoramic view, wait for you the kindness, the excellent food and wine typical of the Tuscan tradition. We are willing to create menu for ceremonies upon request.

Closing days are Monday and Tuesday.




Hospitality: The apartments are all with patio or terrace and by each of them you can admire a suggestive portion of the wonderful panorama.
Marriage, or double rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower.

Simple and cured furniture makes all particularly comfortable accommodation.

Nearby: By the Pisa plain travelled by the stroke terminal of the Arno rose suddenly Monti Pisani, a complex of reliefs that only 1000 mt. dimension. This small mountainous Group presents a rich environmental landscape: Mediterranean scrub, olive trees, chestnut, Oak endow the slopes by creating an environment where you can still meet istrici, rates and allocchi. From Florence: on the motorway Firenze-Mare A11 take the exit Lucca - continue in the direction of Pisa - after 12 Km you will arrive in San Giuliano Terme - at the traffic light turn right and go straight till the level crossing. – turn right without passing the crossing - after about 300m take the left – after about 800m you will see, on your right, the road sign “LE CAPANNE”. From there you’ll have 3 km of country road.

From the motorway Genova-Livorno A12: Exit at Pisa Nord – take direction Pisa – at the first traffic light turn left then go straight in the direction of San Giuliano Terme. - When you reach a level crossing go through and, immediately after, turn left in the direction of the mountain - after about 300m take the left - after about 800m you will see, on your right, the road sign “LE CAPANNE”. From there you’ll have 3 km of country road.
