Hospitality: Each apartment, of different sizes, has simple and typical furniture with colour tv, heating, kitchen complete with utensils and bathrooms with showers. There are large gardens with playgrounds for children, swings, mountain bikes, barbecues and private parking. You can relax under the shady porches while enjoying the enchanting view of the gardens full of roses, geraniums and oleanders. The style of each apartment has been inspired by different themes and colours. The old fashioned floors, wooden ceilings, the simply household atmosphere: everything contributes to make your holiday particularly peaceful. There are three kinds of apartments: . Big: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen - dining room. . Medium: one bedroom, dining room with bed - sofa, kitchen and bathroom. . Small: one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. |

Sheet and Towels on request : 15 euro for big and medium apartment - 10 euro for small ones. Additional bed: 5 euro a day. The use of water, electricity, gas and the final cleaning are included. Heating expenses are additional. |

| How to reach us: The farm is easy to reach. It is situated in an area of rare beauty: the high peaks of the Gran Sasso are a half hour drive away while the see is distant only 6 km away. The beautiful hills around offer the possibility of taking long walk or bike - rides in the nature. You can fish in the artificial small lake that is only 1 km. away. The cities of Teramo and Pescara are situated at a distance of 30 km. while Ascoli Piceno is 40 km away. In the summer time, in the little towns of Roseto (10 km), Mosciano (5 km), Giulianova Paese (7 km.), Pineto (15 km), Silvi (20 km), Civitella del Tronto (20 km) there are many festivals, fairs and open- street markets. From "Strada Statale 16 Adriatica": turn to the left on the direction of Cologna Paese. When you find, on the right, an advertising poster "Coste Lanciano", turn on right and carry on for exactly 3 kms. From Highway A14: go off at the exit "Mosciano, Teramo, Giulianova" and then turn to the left. At the traffic lights carry on straight and cross the level-crossing. Turn to the left at two next crossroads. |
